Position Description
Receptionist Answer and direct all incoming calls, greet clients, organize and maintain front office. Assist with special projects and other office duties. Must have excellent communication skills and computer literate.
Administrative Assistant Must be knowledgeable in Word & Excel. Experience in inputting information in Excel spreadsheet. Match invoices and other accounts payable and receivable related job. Background in Accounting.
Administrative Assistant Looking for an administrative assistant with great organizational and customer service skills. Serve as back-up receptionist. Knowledge in word, excel, filing, data entry and other clerical duties. The person will be contacting clients/customers. Background in Sales & Marketing would be a plus.
Customer Service Rep. Experience working in a multi-product company as customer service and inside sales with technical background. Knowledge in vacuum pumps or any mechanical related products.

Marcom Director At least 5 years expereince. Duties include all Marketing acitivities, Programs, Advertising, PR, Strategic Planning, Website, E-commerce development and execution and Trade Show experience.
Executive Assistant Reports to the owner, CEO, VP of Marketing, Sales Person and times assisting the HR Manager and Accounting. Qualified Candidate must be able to multi-task, flexible, positive attitude, dependable and willing to take overtime.
Senior Buyer Performs varied procurement assignments to procure supplies, raw materials and equipment necessary for the operation of the organization. Follows established procedures, practices and policies to contact vendors, obtain quotations, examine bids, make awards, place orders and epedite delivery of goods/services. Workd ons problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Coordinates the procurement and distribution of materials, parts, equipment, and supplies for the organization. Knowledge in MRP, Oracle 11i..
