great personality. Primary responsibilities will include showing
and leasing apartments to prospective residents. Other duties

Order entry experience a must. Good verbal and
written communication skills. Excel spreadsheet experience required.
Processing of Medical Claims would be a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish. |

| Marcom Director |
At least 5 years expereince. Duties include
all Marketing acitivities, Programs, Advertising, PR, Strategic
Planning, Website, E-commerce development and execution and
Trade Show experience. |
| Executive Assistant |
Reports to the owner, CEO, VP of Marketing,
Sales Person and times assisting the HR Manager and Accounting.
Qualified Candidate must be able to multi-task, flexible, positive

Performs varied procurement assignments to
procure supplies, raw materials and equipment necessary for
the operation of the organization. Follows established procedures,
practices and policies to contact vendors, obtain quotations,
examine bids, make awards, place orders and epedite delivery
of goods/services. Workd ons problems of diverse scope where
analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Coordinates the procurement and distribution of materials, parts,
equipment, and supplies for the organization. Knowledge in MRP,
