retrieve system that ensures the best match to your company’s
needs and the ability and skills of our candidates and employees.
Interviewing
We analyze candidates’ employment histories
and skill levels. We utilize industry evaluation tools that focus
on candidates’ true capabilities to adapt to your company’s
particular environment.
Testing
We offer advanced skills and testing software to determine
a candidate’s competence in clerical, industrial, medical,
and professional positions, enabling our staffing professionals
to assess our candidates’ levels of competence to meet your
exact needs.
Reference Checks/Background Check/Substance
Abuse Screening Program
We verify candidates’ performances with the
previous employers to better assess that they can deliver superior
performance and benefit your expectations. We conduct an extensive
criminal background, drug and/or alcohol pre-employment and post-incidentals
on potential and current employees at your company’s request.
Routine checks performed include two employer references and a Santa
Clara County record microfiche search.
Orientation
We customize our orientation based on your policies
and procedures. We provide our temporary workforce information regarding
the location, job duties, and particulars of your company for a
successful placement. We discuss critical information and our expectations
in complying with our guidelines.
