reevaluating our employees' skills and behavior periodically throughout
their service with JPS. Measures are then put in place, if needed,
to best meet your company goals. We also encourage feedback from
employees about their assignments to help us help them, thus, upholding

Quality Performance Calls
We conduct employee arrival calls and quality performance
calls to determine the level of satisfaction with our service. As
our employees progress and learn your company's routines, we make
periodic performance calls. We value client feedback and appreciate
any information they feel might help us better service their staffing
needs.
